The team at Arma Partners wanted to strengthen their profile as a trusted voice in global technology and digital markets. While the firm’s partners are deeply embedded in the ecosystem, much of that insight traditionally sits behind closed doors.
The challenge was to bring their thinking, network and experience into the public domain in a way that felt credible, elegant and genuinely valuable to the business community.
At the same time, Arma wanted a format that would reflect the quality of its brand and its location, while being efficient and sustainable for busy senior partners.

the solution
Together, we developed a podcast and video series, ‘Views from the Top’, that positions Arma Partners as thoughtful convenors of the digital economy’s leading business minds.
The strategy centres on interviewing leaders of successful, European‑based companies, drawing out practical insights, lived experience and patterns of success.
Each conversation is designed to showcase Arma’s expertise indirectly, through the quality of the questions, the calibre of guests, and the depth of discussion; while sharing ideas and best practice with the wider business community.
The format deliberately avoids long, meandering discussions. Instead, episodes are concise, carefully structured, and packed with insight, respecting the time of both guests and listeners.
All episodes are filmed on site at Arma Partners’ offices on the 27th floor of The Shard, London. The location is integral to the series: the sweeping views across the city are as much a part of the visual identity as the host and guests, reinforcing Arma’s position at the heart of Europe’s business landscape.

Each episode is crafted from the outset to work equally well, whether listening to the audio or watching the video version of the podcast. This dual‑format approach ensures maximum reach and flexibility across platforms, without compromising the listening experience.
